La Table Méditerranéenne

This dinner is a special one. It is a first collaboration with a dear friend of mine. The very talented and beautiful Alessa. She is a true force of nature and I genuinely believe there is nothing she couldn’t do. I wouldn’t even be surprised if one day she says she’d going for a quick trip to outer space. Anyways, she also has a knack for hosting dinners (jack of all trades and master of all) so we figured let’s do it together. Two bright minds in the room after all.
